To date, the typical response for these needs has been one of just a few solutions;

One solution is to rely on off-duty local law enforcement officers; who while highly trained in enforcing laws - are not always the correct choice for providing security services and protecting a clients interests. Additionally, due to State laws and regulations these officers may not be able to address all of a clients insurance and liability questions.

Another response has been to provide uniformed security officers. These officers, while often conscientious are also unfortunately under trained and underpaid. This solution has its place, but is not appropriate for every occasion.

Still other services attempt to provide a solution that is more often than not extreme overkill, providing too many responders - along with the associated costs - for a situation that would best be addressed by a small core of full-time professionals.
We believe the correct solution for any given situation is best determined not beforehand and applied as a pre-packaged response; but only after a thorough review and assessment of the particular details of that specific circumstance. Every client deserves a response that is exactly appropriate for their needs. We realize that the only way to address those needs is to listen to the client first, and formulate a plan after careful consideration of the "totality of the circumstances."
